In the last 4 days I have done three hikes, all with the word Angel in the names.
Dark Angel - Farther than I have ever hiked in Arches before, to a towering rock formation. To the limit of the park, then beyond.

June 26 - Grand Junction to Moab/Arches.
1. My buddy Phil flew in to meet me and join for the last leg of the journey…glad he is hanging around. 2. Where you least expect to find floral abundancy. 3. Rainbow…in the middle of the sky…no rain. WTF? 4. Ravy shot!

June 25 - Driving from Denver to Grand Junction. Ascended the Rockies and down the long long I-70 into the town of Grand Junction. Didn’t feel too welcome in that town. The Cali plates get more dirty looks than smiles, thats for sure!
